The cattle are processed at Rockdale Beef Pty Ltd, Ausmeat Establishment No:517. Our cattle are kept separate to ensure product integrity and traceability. Cuts are cryovacced prior to packing in cartons after a final inspection of packaged meat. Beefcorp International is a licensed Non Packer Exporter – AQIS licence 2080.
